On Thursday, Kylie Jenner, the 26-year-old founder of Kylie Cosmetics, captured moments of herself gearing up for her son Aire’s 2nd birthday celebration on February 2. This came immediately after commemorating her daughter Stormi’s 6th birthday the day before. Jenner shared a video on her Instagram Story, where she was seen ascending a staircase carrying two sizable bags of vibrant balloons. Her friend Maguire Amundsen accompanied her, also bearing two bags of similar balloons.
“Round 2, but now I have a partner @maguireamundsen,” Jenner captioned the video. Speaking behind the camera, she provided a close-up of the balloons, emphasizing, “Round two.” This video follows Jenner’s solo setup for Stormi’s birthday on February 1, as showcased in a similar Instagram Story. In that clip, the makeup mogul playfully struggled with a large bag of balloons, laughing as the decorations momentarily got entangled.
“Let the birthday week begin,” Jenner captioned the video. Subsequently, she shared another clip showing the balloons arranged and adorning the floor of a room in her home. Stormi’s presents were strategically placed on a white ottoman at the room’s center, organized into three piles. The impeccably wrapped gifts featured pink wrapping paper bearing the words ‘Happy Birthday,’ adorned with brown bows. The reality TV star co-parents her children, Stormi and Aire, with her former rapper partner Travis Scott, from whom she separated in late 2022.
Jenner’s eventful week preparing for her children’s birthdays follows her trip to France for Paris Fashion Week. She was accompanied by Stormi at the Valentino Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2024 show on January 24, where the duo sported coordinated all-black outfits, showcasing a stylish mother-daughter ensemble, complete with matching sunglasses.
Jenner paired a strapless gown with a feathery shawl, while her daughter donned a coat featuring feather-lined edges and sleeves adorned with feathers. Additionally, Jenner offered a behind-the-scenes look at her moments in the French capital earlier in the week, sharing a heartwarming snapshot of herself cuddling her young son.
