On Monday, December 4, Maralee Nichols orchestrated a magnificent train-themed birthday bash to celebrate the second birthday of her and Tristan Thompson’s son, Theo. Documenting the festivities on her Instagram Story, Nichols shared numerous delightful photos that showcased the extensive effort she put into making her son’s day extra special. The images depicted a joyous celebration, suggesting that everyone present had a fantastic time at the event.
Maralee shared that she had arranged for a balloon display spelling out “Chugga Chugga Two Two,” creatively mimicking the sound of a locomotive while also playfully referencing her son’s age. In sync with the theme, she adorned herself in a matching outfit, donning blue overalls, a red bandana around her neck, and a train conductor’s hat. Her friends embraced the theme as well, sporting bandanas and hats at the party. Notably, Theo’s accessories were personalized with his name. Maralee also posted a picture of Theo holding a personalized train whistle. Another adorable moment captured her posing with a large teddy bear donning a miniature version of the train conductor’s hat. In the final heartwarming shot, her son was seen hugging her legs.
The celebration of Theo’s birthday occurred a few weeks subsequent to Khloé Kardashian’s public acknowledgment of her ex, Tristan’s, third child. Khloé, who shares two children with Tristan, addressed the matter on an episode of “The Kardashians,” marking the first time she publicly mentioned their ex’s additional child two years after the cheating scandal. On the episode aired on November 16, she stated, “My son is here, your other son is here, and some of their emotions have settled down — not forgotten, not forgiven, any of that — just settled down.”
Tristan openly discussed his aspirations for the future with the founder of Good American, Khloé, despite having a history of infidelity, on a November 23 episode of “The Kardashians.” He expressed his primary desire for Khloé’s happiness, stating, “First of all, would I love to be with your sister and spend the rest of my life with her? Of course.” Speaking to Kourtney Kardashian, he shared his goal of reuniting his family as a complete unit, acknowledging that although he never experienced a joyful household in his own upbringing, it’s a longstanding aspiration, but one that he realizes he jeopardized through his past actions.
