The US is giving India a full line of help, including Remdesivir, along with other medicines that will help combat the disease.
India, which has been struggling with the second wave of Coronavirus, is now slowly starting to get help from the international community. US President Joe Biden broke the silence after three days about India’s help and said that I spoke to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and gave full support from the US to provide emergency assistance and resources in the fight against COVID-19. It has also said that ‘America is sending a whole series to help India, including Remdesivir along with other medicines, which will help in tackling the disease’.
He said that ‘We are sending the necessary items for the manufacture of vaccine to India. At the same time, we have also talked to PM Modi to deliver the vaccine soon and my intention is that the American-made vaccine should reach India as soon as possible. He said that India had helped us when the US was in the grip of the epidemic in the beginning.

This is the second phone conversation between the two leaders after Biden took over as the 46th President of the US on January 20.
